Christmas Tree Orders
The Stranmillis Primary School PTA is delighted to announce the return of their Christmas Tree Sale and everyone is again welcome - parents, staff, relatives, friends, neighbours and businesses, so spread the word. We've teamed up with the largest grower and retailer of Christmas Trees in Northern Ireland and we'll be selling them from the playground of the school on Saturday 7th December, 10am - 4pm.

To assist with logistics, we would appreciate it if you could let us know of a genuine intention to buy your tree from us this year by filling in the form below by Monday 2nd December.

In return for pre-ordering a Christmas tree through us, we would like to offer you £5 off your tree (we will send you a voucher to show when you collect your tree). If for any reason you change your mind about your tree, please email us at stranpta@gmail.com

What size and quantity of Christmas Tree would you like to order?
We will be selling 1st Grade Nordman Fir trees in 4 sizes, as detailed below.

In addition, we have a small number of "pot grown" trees (these have roots, as opposed to potted trees that are dug up and just put in a pot!).They are fully rooted and will grow on if planted out in the garden or transplanted into a bigger pot. They measure 3ft / 4ft in their pots.

* If you choose a tree of one sort and then change your mind, unfortunately the form won't let you unclick this choice, so just set this tree type to Qty 0.

If you wish to collect your tree later from our supplier...
If you can’t attend our event and still want to buy a tree from us, we will provide you with a voucher to use at our suppliers Christmas Tree shop in Dundonald during opening hours, at any time that suits you from now until Christmas. Delivery / Collection
Our volunteers are offering a goodwill tree delivery service on Saturday 7th December. Collection of your tree can also be arranged for January. This service is subject to a minimum £5 donation to SPS per delivery or collection.

Delivery slots are available within a 5 mile radius and are limited, so pre-booking is essential. Once all delivery slots have been filled, this option will no longer be available on our online order form.

If you have pre-booked delivery, you must be in a position to attend the event to choose your tree before 11.30am. If you have booked delivery and arrive to choose your tree later than this, we cannot guarantee delivery but will do our best to accommodate you.

Trees will be netted and handled carefully during delivery, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur in transit. Once the tree has been delivered to your chosen location, we cannot accept responsibility for any theft or damage that may occur.
